Managing Millennials and Beyond

Millennials and Generation Z now make up nearly 40 per cent of the UK workforce. This tech-savvy generation comes with a very different set of expectations. What they value and what’s important to them means the traditional approach to management often fails to engage, motivate and, ultimately, retain these important, and extremely valuable, employees.

This session unpacks these dynamics to explore ways to engage this critical generation. Involved millennials are more productive, less likely to leave and highly likely to recommend your organisation to friends and followers on social media.

At this session, you’ll learn some of the unique characteristics of this younger generation and how, when properly engaged, they can have an extremely positive impact on your future business. You’ll discover what drives them, and what it takes to keep them wanting to stay.

Knowing what these future business leaders expect from their employers is critical to your future business success.

Lighting is a vital part of such projects. It can transform a public space, creating a sense of wellbeing and greatly enhance an area at night.

At Highbury Corner, there were particular design considerations and obstacles to overcome and some innovative theatre techniques were employed, along with very pragmatic ways to install and set up the design.
