Helping us with the discussion is Joelle Locko, a graduate engineer at WSP and the ICE Bristol City Club Secretary.

Our aim is to accelerate action in the southwest by empowering jobseekers of any age to take action in their careers. Our panel of senior women will be sharing their experiences of working in the industry, such as:

  • Demonstrating the diverse career paths within transport,

  • How others have successfully climbed the ladder in a male-dominated industry,

  • How to be an ally and encourage diversity in the workplace.

The session will be in two parts, firstly a meet the panel and hear about their career journey working in Transport, then the second session will allow attendees to split into breakout rooms with at least one of the panelists to allow for further sharing and discussion.

This event is also open to non-members.
